I thought no one could help me. I would have to face life living from piles of clothes, wondering where things were. Ann Marie’s approach in a very direct, practical and non-threatening, non-judgmental way was hugely successful for me. Working with Ann Marie on my closet gave me a huge sense of accomplishment and pride in what I can do, as well as how to keep things maintained. I now think in terms of my prime real estate…. and how I want to allocate the space I have. In a very un-stressful way she helped me sort through everything that was there – and truly everything does have a place….I could see them and actually choose from my closet, not search for things from memory. One of the biggest benefits of having Ann Marie’s help is that the items that you have made a decision on - that you will pass on to help someone else – she physically takes them away and “handles” all of that. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten so far, spent an entire day or weekend on the project, and still have to face the piles that require further action from me. It felt so great to have the task completed, and the unneeded items completely gone from my space – it was invaluable. By doing this, the sense of success, accomplishment, and pride is complete!

Ann Marie also helped me with my children’s closets. I have three very different children. My daughters share a room, and my son has his own room. My younger daughter was thrilled to actually claim space for her things, especially her own shoes in the closet. For my older daughter, being able to choose her clothes from a closet that is organized by type of clothing is huge. My son loves his organized closet – he can pick an outfit himself, and has really shown he likes everything organized. I’m hoping that the entire family is forming much better lifelong habits and incorporating them into our daily routines to lead successful and productive lives.

We wanted to put our condo on the market, but the condo was so cluttered we had no idea how to get the place ready to show and sell. Adding to our years of disorganization was a new baby and all of her baby stuff.  Ann Marie came in, gave us a plan to organize the condo and then provided hands-on help with getting started.  Even more important than this invaluable assistance was Ann Marie's infectious enthusiasm and ongoing encouragement.  We finally listed the condo, even receiving many compliments on how neat and well-organized it was!  I don't know how we would have gotten this far without Ann Marie's expert organizational skills and cheerful guidance.

I asked Ann Marie for assistance with my tremendously cluttered and disorganized basement.  Most of my available basement space was occupied by household items and possessions that I just didn't need.  When trying to locate something of importance, I could not find what I needed because everything was so disorganized.  I feel very fortunate to have taken the time to meet with Ann  Marie. We spent the day purging things I simply didn't need and she developed an excellent system for organizing what was left in the basement. I find what I am looking for immediately now. Additionally, because of what I learned through the project, I have been able to apply that to my closets and home office. I could not have done it without her assistance and I would highly recommend her.
